Hi, I’m Chris, a wedding photographer based in Co.Tyrone Northern Ireland.
I started Wayside Photography in 2018, drawn to weddings for the moments that happen naturally, without prompting. My approach is candid and unobtrusive, allowing the day to unfold while I quietly document it as it really felt.
I photograph weddings across Ireland in all kinds of settings, from small, intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, in cities, countryside, and everywhere in between. The focus is always the same: staying out of the way and paying attention to what matters.

My Style
My approach to wedding photography is documentary-style, where I blend in like any other guest at your wedding. I aim to capture authentic and natural moments throughout the day, without interrupting your special interactions to put you in any cliched poses.After the stressful part is over, we'll head to a location of your choice for an intimate photo shoot. This is a great opportunity to reflect on the day and create stunning images in a relaxed setting. I also make sure to capture all the unique details of your wedding day, including any family and friend group shots you want.
